Recruitment Package
Flat Fee
This package follows a 9 Step Recruitment Process. Avenue2HR recruit for you as if we were an internal Manager.
Salaries up to $50K = $2000
Base Salaries $50,00-$70,000 = $2,800
Base salaries $70,000 - $120,000 = $4,600
Base salaries $120,000 plus + = $6,000

Onboarding Package
$897 per month and employee
This package runs for the first 6 months of a new starter’s employment. The benefit here is having someone there to help manage a new starter throughout their qualifying period and a focus on ensuring everyone’s expectations is aligned.
Development of a training plan and onboarding program for the Manager to implement with the new employee
Monthly one on one reviews with the new employee and Avenue2HR to establish employee attitude towards continued employment.
Regular Check in with the Manager (as above – or as required)
Performance management (if required in conjunction with Manager) and KRA development for 6–12-month period (in conjunction with Manager)
